Is TikTok worth running ads on for an e-commerce brand?

Yes, if your AOV is under ~$200 and your product is visually demonstrable. TikTok skews younger and the algorithm rewards entertainment, so works best for impulse / discovery purchases. Higher-AOV or considered-purchase products often see better return on Google Shopping than TikTok ads.

What's a Spark Ad and why does it perform better than regular TikTok Ads?

Strictly speaking no — TikTok Ads Manager works without an organic TikTok presence. Practically yes — having an active brand handle (even if you post infrequently) gives you a destination for clicks and a backbone for retargeting. We help clients set both up at the same time.

Can you provide the UGC creators, or do I need to source them?

We can do both — we have a creator network for sourcing, plus we manage paid creator marketplaces (Creator Marketplace inside TikTok Ads Manager). Many clients also have existing customer ambassadors we license and convert to Spark Ads.

What's a healthy TikTok Ads ROAS?

For product brands with strong UGC creative engines, 3-6x ROAS is achievable. The platform's CPMs are lower than Meta but conversion rates also run lower, so net ROAS tends to land 60-80% of what Meta delivers for the same brand. Worth running for incremental reach.
