From $0 launch to seven-figure ARR in 18 months — and climbing.

Liberty Bass Shop sells premium subwoofers, amplifiers, and SPL gear to the car-audio bass community. We launched the store from scratch in May 2024 and built every channel from zero — paid media, SEO, on-site CRO, and the catalog itself. 18 months later it's tracking toward a multi-million-dollar year with a 10x Meta ROAS and order volume up 337x.

We launched Liberty Bass Shop from zero in May 2024 — no storefront, no traffic, no paid program, no SEO presence. The SPL community is a tight-knit, premium-AOV niche dominated by a few legacy brands. We had to build the entire growth engine in parallel: Shopify storefront, catalog onboarding, paid acquisition (Google + Meta), SEO foundation, and a CRO loop tuned for $400+ AOV.

Google Ads

Search + Shopping + PMax structure built from scratch. Standard Shopping 'Catch All' campaign hit a peak 11.13x ROAS — one of the highest in the SPL niche. Account-level CPC at $0.32 with 1.6% CTR.

Meta Ads

Photo + DCT engine on the OUTCOME_SALES objective. Photo Ads ad set hit 20.4% conversion rate. 199 purchases over 90 days = 10.03x ROAS at 1.93% CTR. Reached 921K unique users.

Email & SMS

Built the lifecycle program from launch: welcome series, browse abandon, cart recovery, post-purchase, and SMS flows. Klaviyo attributed revenue is up +1,320% YoY — 95% of it from automated flows, not campaigns.

SEO

Built the SEO foundation from zero. Now ranking for 3,659 keywords driving 1,468 organic visits/mo with $1,261/mo in equivalent ad value — pure incremental on top of paid.
