1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We collect only what you give us through the Site, plus basic technical data needed to operate it.

• Information you submit via forms — name, work email, brand or company, phone number (optional), monthly revenue range (optional), and any free-text message you write.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, referrer URL, pages visited, and timestamps. Used in aggregate to understand how the Site is used.
• Cookies— we use first-party cookies only for essential site operation (e.g., remembering whether you closed the newsletter popup so we don't show it again). We do not currently set third-party advertising cookies on this Site.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, or send the materials you requested.
• To send occasional emails or SMS messages with marketing playbooks, case studies, or service updates — only if you opted in. Unsubscribe / STOP works anytime.
• To improve our services and the Site itself.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third parties we use

We use a small number of well-known service providers to operate the Site. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Formspree — receives and routes contact-form submissions to our email. (formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy)
• Vercel — hosts the Site. Standard server logs may include your IP address and request data. (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Unsplash — image CDN serving stock photography on the Site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. Email + SMS marketing

If you opted in to email or SMS from us, you can opt out at any time. Click any "unsubscribe" link in our emails, or reply STOP to any text message. We honor opt-out requests immediately.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (California, EU/UK, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email justin@goat-marketing.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions and marketing list data for as long as the relationship is active, or as required by law. Inactive leads are pruned periodically. You can request deletion anytime.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information — encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access, and reputable service providers. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the most recent revision.
