What's a good Google Ads ROAS for a Shopify store?

Depends on your category, margin, and AOV. For high-margin niche product brands like the ones in our portfolio, we target 8-12x blended ROAS with branded campaigns isolated. Our peak campaigns hit 15-17x. For lower-margin or commodity products, 3-5x ROAS is healthy if AOV supports it.

Do you require a minimum ad spend?

We have minimums per channel that scale with the work involved, not a flat dollar floor. Email us your monthly ad budget and we'll tell you straight up whether a full-service engagement makes sense or whether you'd be better served with a one-time audit + handoff.

How is Performance Max different from Standard Shopping?

Performance Max is Google's automated, multi-channel campaign type — it serves ads across Shopping, Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail, and Discover from one campaign. Standard Shopping is a controlled, Shopping-feed-only format with full negative-keyword and bid-by-product control. We run both. PMax is great for discovery and scale; Standard Shopping is essential for protecting high-intent queries.

Will you take over an existing Google Ads account?

Yes — we usually do. Most engagements start by inheriting an existing account, running a structural audit, and rebuilding from there without losing learning data. We document everything we change so handoff back to your in-house team is clean if it ever needs to happen.
