JS Alternators sells one of the deepest direct-fit alternator catalogs in North America — high-output 250–400 amp units engineered for car audio, Jeep / off-road & overlanding, aftermarket lighting and winch builds, drag and circle-track racing, classic cars and restomods, Bronco and Slingshot enthusiasts, and fleet operators (limo, police, EMS). We took over paid media, on-site CRO, lifecycle email + SMS, and SEO — and helped them scale to a seven-figure quarter on Shopify Plus.

JS Alternators came to GOAT with one of the broadest fitment catalogs in the segment and a loyal multi-niche audience — but limited paid media structure, no lifecycle email program, and organic traffic that wasn't keeping up with their catalog growth. We took over Google & Meta Ads, built their full lifecycle email + SMS stack from scratch, and overhauled their SEO footprint — turning a fitment-heavy alternator brand into a seven-figure quarterly operation across car audio, off-road, lighting, racing, classic-car, and fleet segments.

Meta Ads

Deployed DCT (Dynamic Creative Testing) engine across Facebook and Instagram. Reached 423K unique users at 1.9 frequency. 240 purchases attributed.

Email & SMS

Built full flow stack: welcome series, browse/cart abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back. Added weekly campaign cadence. ~8.5% of total store revenue attributed to owned channels.

SEO

Doubled organic sessions over 2 years (6.4K → 14.2K/mo). Built out ranking keyword base to 6,758 keywords. Traffic value now $7.3K/mo in equivalent ad spend.
